Marianne Kolbasuk McGee over at Information Week has posted an article on her blog “The IT Pay-Check Battle of The Sexes” highlighting that women in IT are still managing to make a bit more than women in many other fields - although they still continue to make LESS than their counterparts - men. It is interesting that the struggle to rise higher in salaries is getting better for women in this male dominated society, but nonetheless, it stays a battle, a struggle.
