It is hard sometimes but I am trying to discipline myself somewhat in that I am starting to keep aside some time just to return work phone calls once in the morning and once in the afternoon! we all have emails these days so I feel if it is that urgent, the person could send an email to me :) Hey Tom.. It made me aware of how much time I could waste if I wanted to. Last week my light was off on my phone and I missed 17 messages, oh the joy of working part-time. I actually got a lot done without returning phone calls. Now I am paranoid. Good post and I do like your template. Let us know how the transition went.
