Chocolate ... plying oneself with some scrumptious chocolate, hehe. Well that only works for me for an instant, but the moment is divine :-)

I'm one of the worst when it comes to getting stressed, trying to fit everything into a 24 hour day. One thing that helps to take me away from all of it is when I take time to play with my little shitzhu dog, giving her some attention. Having and loving a dog is a magical experience. They have nothing but love to give back to you, and never crap on you for anything :-)

I find Jenny's response much the same as mine. I've met some incredibly wonderful people (you included), and it stresses me out that I don't have enough time to spend with all of them on a regular basis. Knowing that some don't take offense to my sporadic visits or emails helps to alleviate a lot of that.

Hey Pearl- How is it going? So funny that you talk about the stress of blogging, I have "met" so many interesting people blogging and now don't have the time to visit as often as I would like. How do bloggers do that while continuing to blog and respond to comments?

I have to say that crocheting squares for Share a Square project over at This Eclectic Life is very relaxing for me. I get myself a nice cold drink, and if it's a warm day, I am out on my porch crocheting.

Good luck with your eye and listen to your doctor! Take it easy this weekend with the pc.

Kaylee - hope you are well

Hi Ray.. I'll be trying to follow these to not get drained every day!

Hey Peter - I think that is a great tip!! Breathing techniques are really important sometimes - I wrote about it sometime ago... thanks for the tip!

Markeff... thanks for coming by again... and thanks :) I am better now...

Saboma - thats sounds like lot of fun... although I can only imagine, I don't have any cats ;)

Faraz... smoking might be a short time stress buster I believe, but it definitely will add to your stress later in life by really jeopardizing your health .. so no i don't think I'd want to include it in the list!! :)

I make it a point to get on the floor on my cat's level to play whatever game of his choosing just so he's not always looking at the back of my head or hearing me laugh at online conversations. This way, he's contented in our relationship. Also, it helps me in my vain efforts at keeping him from trying to take over the keyboard or bogart the puter screen. Sometimes, if I have my hair down, he'll often try using it to floss his teeth while I'm in my puter chair. It's not very much fun on me arthritic neck with his dangling weight added to it..

Start by following your breathing. Going in coming out. Once comfortable just listen to your heart beat at the same time. 5 minutes and you will find a big difference

Well... i guess that no one cares enough about the bloggers' health. People tend to think that blogging is just putting on some silly words or come copy-n-paste job. Most of them don't even notice how tired you can get when you write one of those really good posts. Your article has given me some nice tips. Way to go!

I think a lot of new bloggers get stressed out is because they want success fast in a short period of time.

If a person is blogging for $, then he/she has to look at this blogging project as a well thought out, well planned endeavor, like any business endeavor.

In this instant world, we want instant success, we forget the old saying, Rome is not built in one day.

After getting my hand dirty in this blogging world for a couple of months, my mind is still very clouded on what is the niche that I want to blog.

At the moment, I am writing anything in my mind. But, I really want to find a niche for myself. I want to be a known blogger but on the other hand, I don't want to compromise my Christian belief, my wife and my mother role.

I believe the mean is as important as the end.

My 2 cents only.

Thank you for dropping by my blog and give me a wonderful compliment.

One thing I do every day now is devote the last 30 minutes before going to bed to winding down. I like to play Chuzzle instead of watching tv, during that time now. It makes it easier to go to sleep when I get to bed.. :)

I agree with staying away from complainers - negative people can be like a cancer. Cut them out of your life! ;)

Stress buster? Hmm.. my top 3 list is as below:
1. Yoga Exercise
2. Listen to Meditation Songs
3. Aroma therapy (the one from lamp Berger is good)
4. Swimming
5. Playing Fighting game! :D

Another ultimate stress boomer is my 15 relaxation program! :) I always get refresh as soon as I wake up from the training! ;p
