PR fluctates every few months on my site. i really cant be bothered to keep track. unique visitors is much more important dave sos last blog post..Chinese New Year 2009

guess what, I just realized that I was in the middle of fixing this blog’s time stamp while you were writing your comment! It was always set to the default – UTC time but now it is Boston, US time, so you being ahead of us, your first comment was at 1:25am of November 13th, your time, but your 2nd comment is my time! and it appears comments show up in chronological order of time/date…

I’ll let it remain like this for some time and would be interested in watching how time zone affects comments :) it is bizarre but it’ll be fun to watch……

Thanks for taking the time look at my site. New articles should be up on my site within 3 weeks time, after moving to a bigger place, sorting out the internet connection etc. Also I am looking into using feed burner so people could subscribe to the rss by email!

This seems like a good way to check internal pages for PR, but I usually just check them manually since I have the toolbar installed. My PR didn’t hit 5 like you, but I got a couple 4’s and 3’s in the mix. Best of luck to both of us next update

Very nice tool. My site did not fair too well on the recent PR update, but it does not matter as it did not have any effect on the traffic.

Great tool. I had no idea what my page was ranked and now I do. So apparently my blog landing home page is a PR 5. Most of my posts are 0 to 2. I wonder if the fact that I changed the name and the URL back at the end of September affects the rank.

I couldn’t find the top post of all time on my blog listed on this list or maybe it says it’s a 0 despite it being viewed thousands and thousands of times!

I don’t put much weight in PageRank, but I do like to see where I stand. My highest ranked pages were blog posts that got dugg and stumbled and have a lot of inbound links. Some of them are PR 6 while my blog front page is PR 5 and website homepage is only 4.

oh, it IS Olivier :) Its outstanding to get a PR of even 1 after merely a month :) Like any other web tools, I am not sure how accurate this one is, but it sure was interesting to see which of my pages got higher PR… I have to say that the results surprised me….

Some of the other posts that are more popular didn’t even have a PR… like few of my most commented posts are also the most popular, still but the top most post doesn’t get a PR? so I am not sure what determines this strange measurement!

hey Pelf… I know and I agree with you BUT believe me, we are all still going to be happier getting a better PR :) and the advertisers will continue to look at this number until something else is invented by either Google or someone providing better traffic/search than them :)

and in the end, its a good educational experience for me, I think!

Oh, the voting is still on, we wont know the results until late tonite AND they are all bad, no matter who I vote for …. :)
