Hey thanks for sharing about it, now its not as difficult as it use to be, as Visio is one tool used by most of us for all kind of Network Diagrams or Block Diagrams either for IT or other purposes. So now to print and distribute your efforts would also be easy.

Visio is such an awesome tool. Whether you use it for detailed process mapping or simple vector drawings it will meet your every need. I've had good success automating the creation of org charts with it, for example. swimlaness last blog post..Five Years Ago This Week - 10/4/2003

Thats great! I use visio all the time at work but have adobe PDF writer installed, its the same process but you click file > print > print to pdf However i cant afford adobe writer at home so this solution is exceptional. And best of all its free!! Bens last blog post..Medical Educator on YouTube!

I can’t believe I never came across Universal Document Converter before. I just put together a layout in Visio for a townhouse I’m in the process of rehabing. Was trying to send it to my father who is about as on tech savvy as you can get. Thanks for the tip and I’m sure I’ll be using the converter for many other situations.

hi teeni… thanks for putting up with my comment system .. it is the Math Comment Spam that I had activated but didn’t have the time to set the options.. so just de-activated it :)

As for UDC, I really love this software! It’s a pain to download a different software for converting each different kind of software into an image or a PDF for distributing and this software can do so much!

I think that Universal Document Converter is a great tool. I also think Visio is fun to play around with. I used to use it when I worked in an office.
