Paul sings Nessun Dorma

Wow!!!!!!!!.. I just watched an amazingly wonderful wonderful, incredibly moving and heartwarming video on Seth Godin’s website.

Paul is a very normal looking man and as Seth points out and you will see in the video, the judges are not all that impressed by his looks. But had he cared to listen to what others think of him, he would not have gotten to where he is today and we would all have missed those beautiful moments that he shared with us.

Shouldn’t we all continue to forge ahead in pursuit of fulfilling our dreams in spite of what others say? I watched the video a few times and each and every time I cried with joy!

Follow your heart despite of all the challenges and roadblock and someday you will find your destination…

I came across this video when I was reading his regular blog post “Just One Post” , which of course also inspired me to write this very post…:) Here is the excerpt from Seth’s site:

“A lot of people have blogs. But most people don’t.

I think you should. Even if you only have one post in you.

Having a blog is pretty daunting, especially if you don’t like blank paper and are the sort of person that hates falling behind. I can imagine that the idea of posting 50 or 300 times a year is a little bit nuts for many people.

But what if there’s just one thing you need to say, but you can say it clearly and well and in a way that hasn’t been said before? What if you’ve got one great blog post inside of you, and, even better, you’re willing to update that post as you learn more and gain more insight?

An entire post about a certain kind of fossil. Or the misuse of a certain word. Or about a key difference between two kinds of bluetooth…

Why not?”

He does make sense, doesn’t he? I admire the fact that in so few words he is able to communicate such a huge message. If you feel that you have something to say, why not take the plunge and say it, and what better way to get your voice heard than on your blog?

I find Seth Godin’s messages and his views really inspiring and every time I have visited his site, I have come back with an uplifted and motivated spirit.

You can read his post and comments on this video here!

PS: Lets hope this is my last post on blogger!! I will be finalizing my template and moving to wordpress this weekend so you may see some downtime on this site!!
